The Online Artist is responsible for the final stage of post-production. He/She will make commercials, promos and title sequences with VFX and combine all elements from each department for the final work. The ideal candidate must have an extremely good eye for detail and aesthetic sense.  Job Requirements
  1. Use an array of proprietary software tools to produce extensive composite shot for the final output using all the elements given from production team.
  2. Elevate the work with suggestions of visual improvement.
  3. Creative responsibility to keep the continuity of the sequence consistent with the key shot.
  4. Ensure shots are delivered to the very highest standard
  5. Stay on schedule and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest quality of work.
  6. Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
  7. Strong technical, as well as a firm understanding of graphics and post production workflow.
  8. Strong eye for details, good sense of timing and thorough understanding of techniques and technologies relating to Videography and VFX industry.

The VFX Producer will work closely with the VFX Supervisor to manage the day-to-day work flow, ensuring that artists are working on schedule and are deliverables are produced on time. They are also tasked with handling the communication and data transfer between our worldwide offices and liaising with the producers from our other officers. The VFX Producer will also help to manage budgets and generate monthly reports on utilization and track progress.  Job Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of experience in producing TVCs or Movies.
  2. Good connection with agencies, production houses and directors.
  3. Understand VFX or post production pipeline. Knowledge in production will be a bonus.
  4. Exceled basic knowledge of other VFX software.
  5. Be outgoing, firm, organised and meticulous. The ability to work long hours is also required.
  6. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

The CG Supervisor is tasked with managing all CG aspects of a TVC project. He/She will assist the team in finding technical solutions to creative problems and must work closely with the VFX Supervisor to interpret and meet the client’s creative vision(s). He/She must also brief artists to enable them to meet client expectations and work the VFX producer(s) and coordinator(s) to ensure that project schedules are on track. He/She must be a good team leader and communicator as it is essential for the CG Supervisor to communicate with the leads of different CG aspects, while managing artists and coordinating their efforts. Job Requirements
  1. At least 8-10 years’ experience in CG post production, ideally with a hands-on background in one or more specialized areas (such as FX, animation, or lighting) to ensure a strong problem-solving ability with complex and diverse challenges.
  2. A calm and confident leadership approach which keeps teams happy and productive. 
  3. A very strong technical ability, combined with strong visual skills in analysing images, and a good understanding of issues such as composition, animation timing and use of colour. 
  4. A good history of collaborating with R&D teams, with an ability to provide pipeline specifications then test and deploy these tools in a VFX environment.
  5. An ability to meet tight deadlines.
  6. Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
