Job Description The VFX co-ordinator manages the day to day operation of the project, communications and data transfer between teams and offices, liaising with their producers on the project to report on the current status. They manage the work flow, ensuring that artists are all working to schedule, able to deliver on time.   Job Requirements

1. Manage plates and material transfers between team and office and with clients.
2. Scheduling, prioritizing and tracking internal technical assignments and project details.
3. Organize dailies, rounds and project meetings.
4. Organize and setup media for client review sessions.
5. Ensure MANTIS(project management tool) statuses and task assignments are kept up to date.
6. Coordinate and package shot deliveries including submission documentation.
7. Record all shot notes whether from clients, dailies and rounds.
8. Organize client reference material received and sent
9. Ensuring effective communication and continual team updates.
10. Establishing quality control and project closure processes.

Job Description

• Assume responsibility for the production management of the film VFX department, working with HR to maintain and grow the crew
• Work closely with the VFX Lead, VFX Supervisor(s) and VFX coordinators to ensure on time and on budget delivery for all projects
• Manage client interactions regarding schedules, quotes, change orders and meetings
• Work with the VFX Lead and senior management to seek out potential new business opportunities and secure this for the company
• Plan and schedule facility resources to specify the most optimal approach to every project
• Report progress back to the senior management on a daily and weekly basis
• Guide and mentor the VFX coordinators

  Job Requirements

1. At least 3-5 years’ experience producing high-end film or TV visual effects projects
2. Significant experience managing clients, bids, invoices and client meetings
3. A track record of bringing in new business via their client contact list
4. Be able to fully understand the client’s requirements and vision and work with our VFX Lead and Supervisors to help ensure that is delivered
5. Solid knowledge of the VFX production process
6. Flexible thinking and an ability to adapt to changing requirements and unexpected situations
7. A calm and mature personality, one that is able to defuse tensions and manage difficult situations
8. A good understanding of the wider film and TV production process
9. Up to date industry knowledge of production tracking systems and workflow tools
10. Any on set time or production experience is a valuable additional skill

Job Requirements

1. A strong and wide background in creating VFX over a range of disciplines (such as modeling, texturing, lighting)
2. Ability to meet deadlines as set out in the schedule and as briefed by the VFX producer and VFX supervisor
3. Work well with all teammates and leads to generate images at a Hollywood level quality
4. Responsible attitude and self motivated drive in their work
5. Strong, clear and concise communicator
6. Have proficiency in Maya, Nuke and other related CG software packages

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years experience as an FX artist on feature films or long form episodic TV series
2. Significant experience with fluid dynamics, destruction, particles, cloth/hair/fur, pyro simulations
3. Able to deliver solutions for demanding FX problems proactively and independently, and provide support where needed
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills
5. Good eye for composition, light, and colour
6. Proficient in Houdini

The lighting artist takes on all lighting tasks on shots. Candidates at senior level are required to standardize scene light based on different shots. The lighting artist is also required to complete texture and shader for all digital assets. He/She is responsible for adjusting shots, splitting files and delivering render files in line with the defined solutions in the rendering process, as well as checking sequence after rendering and doing pre-comp. He/She must produce deliverables on schedule while maintaining good work quality.  Job Requirements

1. Have a good knowledge of art with rich experience in using lighting to build atmosphere and a thorough knowledge of Maya production and workflow. Work independently with a clear-cut vision and great passion.
2. Be able to communicate well with FX supervisors delivering constructive ideas and control story emotion through the lighting.
3. Be proficient in common texturing software, such as Photoshop.
4. Be good at traditional light making and main render software such as Arnold and Mental Ray, or similar, and be able to render animation of high quality.
5. Have a professional philosophy of layer rendering and shader in terms of physical property that are commonly used and be able to give post-production team compositing support.
6. Production experience in live-action films is preferred and candidates with artistic background will be a favoured.
